If departing from Dong Hoi city, follow Ho Chi Minh Dong Street, to the intersection of Ho Chi Minh Road, turn right along Highway 1A. One more kilometer on the right side is a wooden gate leading to Happy Hills . From here you will go further 200m to arrive.
